Crane Livestock (CLT)

Crane Livestock Transport is a family owned and operated company.

We are ideally located in Naracoorte in the Limestone Coast region of South Australia. (Just down the road from the Coonawarra wineries).

Rusty started the company up nearly 20 years ago as a single operator. His work primarily was sourced from local farmers and stock agents. We are now preferred carters for large corporations such as Teys Bros. & McBride Operations.

Over the years the fleet has grown substantially which now currently comprises of 5 x B/D sets of cattle crates and 4 x B/D sets of non-bruising custom designed convertible crates.

With 5 Crane Livestock prime movers and 2 full time subcontractors, means we continue to grow not only the business but exceed our clients expectations of a professional and reliable livestock transport trucking company.

All our staff conduct themselves with complete professionalism, whether over the phone, droving or face to face with our valued clients.

The feedback we get from our clients or the general public is positive proof of their dedication and commitment to doing a great job, first time. They truly are assets to Crane Livestock Transport.

What can you do?

To make loading your stock easier and more efficient here are some useful tips:

Your Loading Facilities

If you’re unsure as to whether the loading facilities on your property are compliant with the loading standards (  http://alrta.org.au/safer-and-more-productive-loading/ )   we can provide you with a free consult.

Having trouble getting to sales?

Rusty is a pilot and is more than willing (actually very happy) to fly you to any sales if time is an issue for you. Rusty will do up a quote for you as distance and number of passengers can vary the price quite a bit.
